We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days depending on customs.

What is your return policy for physical media?
Unopened Blu-rays, DVDs, and merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full replacement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
Are your limited edition box sets restocked?
Many of our 'Limited Edition' releases are one-time pressings. Once they are sold out, they generally will not be restocked in the same format, though a standard edition may follow.
